Cameroon legend and Barcelona hall of fame, Samuel Eto’o is being arranged for a spectacular re-visitation of football at the third level of Spain, just seven days after surviving a fatal auto crash in his home country.
After a brief stretch with Qatar SC, the 39-year-old striker resigned from football in September 2019.
Currently, Spanish third-tier outfit Racing Murcia, backed by Emirates financial experts, is taking action on behalf of the former striker.
In an interview with the press, the club’s president, Morris Pagniello said;
At this time of the morning, I would say that the signing of Samuel Eto’o by our team is at 50-50.’
Next week we will know if we can sign Eto’o. If not, we have a Plan B prepared.We have several investors in Mexico and the Emirates who can financially compensate the operation.’
